Custom Party Planning - Everything in One Stop!

Planning a birthday party has never been easier! At Charlotte Ellen/Girl Biz, we handle everything for you in one stop. From picking the perfect theme to booking and payment, we make it simple, so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.

How It Works:

1. Check Date & Time: Choose your preferred date and time slot. We offer convenient party times on Fridays 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM and Saturdays 11:00AM – 1:00PM, 2:00PM – 4:00PM, 4:30PM – 6:30PM
2. Pick Your Theme & Add-Ons: Select your party theme from our list of exciting options. Add-on crafts, extra activities, and goodies are available to personalize your party.
3. Book & Place a $50 Deposit: Secure your party date by placing a $50 deposit.
4. Collect Invites: Invitations are included with your package, complete with theme and location.

The Party Package – $299

Our party package has everything you need to make the day magical. Here’s what’s included:

Theme Selection: Pick from our exciting themes and add-ons.
Party Crafts: Fun, hands-on activities tailored to your theme.
Invitations & Paper Goods: All standard paper products are included.
Decorations & Setup: We take care of the decorations and set-up, so you don’t have to.
Clean-Up: Once the party’s over, we handle the clean-up.
Capacity: Up to 12 guests (additional $15 per guest over 12, maximum of 15).

We start every party with a colorful beading necklace activity then coordinate the rest of the party projects/crafts according to the theme. Party includes glitter make-up at our “Glitter Bar”! After cake & presents we conclude the BASH with a fashion show & dancing!

The Ulimate Add-On $49:
We will provide special customized themed paper products, a special disco ball cup for the birthday girl & favors for each guest!

Glitter Bar Add-On $25:
Each guest will make a glitter jar to take home!

Can we bring outside food?

Yes! Feel free to bring simple finger foods—just keep it easy and fun!

What if we go over our guest limit?

There’s an additional $15 charge per extra guest (maximum of 15 guests).

Do I need to bring paper goods or favors?

Nope! We provide all the necessary paper products and party favors for each guest.

When do I pay the balance?

The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

Is there a place for parents to stay?

Yes! Parents can relax on our couch or browse our store while the kids party.

Do you provide invitations?

Invitations are included with every package and are themed according to your party choice.

Do you accommodate boys?

While most of our themes are geared toward girls, we’re happy to make adjustments for boys as needed.
